    Any tips on how to raise a baby vegetarian? Resources?

    Thanks for your post. I think that the greatest tool when raising a vegetarian child is simply to make sure that there is a lot of variety in the diet to make sure amino acids, nutrients,...etc remain balanced. Obviously protein intake is absolutely manageable but it does take some knowledge of combining and rotation in the diet..and rotation can be difficult with kids when all they want is their fave's. A diet of any restriction should be guided by a professional just to be sure there is good balance and then move from there. Hope that helps.
