I buy mine from food basics (in sarnia). I pay $3.99 for a loaf of gluten free rye bread.

We buy Kinnikinnick Soft Multigrain for $4.50/loaf. Generally we find it at Superstore or Loblaws. You can also order directly from them though. Their muffins, chocolate cake mix and angel food cake are good too if you don't have enough to make a large order and want to. http://consumer.kinnikinnick.com/ind...ctcategoryid/1

We have been buying Udi's from food Basics or Freshco lately. I believe it is around $5.99/loaf but might be less, especially when on sale. I like it a lot, especially toasted.

Costco has some, but it taste like cardboard.

Slippery Elm should be available at pretty much any healthy food store... there's one in the Market downtown, Quarter Masters, LynDys, etc. I love slippery elm.
