    Default Calling CAS

    I called CAS on Thursday about the adoption thing. Called early AM and left a message. That afternoon we were having some issues with our phone and had a couple of unidentifiable phone calls that didn't go through to the answering machine during this time and call display didn't register. I called again Friday afternoon (they said that we should wiat 2 business days for a response but with the phone issues I thought I would let them know about that in case they had tried to call so they knew we were still interested.) Waited waited. Then Friday we had phone issues again! I don't want to call and leave another message but I was thinking about e-mailling and providing my cell number and the e-mail to contact us through. Thoughts?

    I would wait until Monday and then try again. The thing about the CAS is huryy up and wait. Be patient as the whole process requires patience. Good Luck.

    Thanks! I wouldn't consider calling again/ emailing except for the thing with the phone being stupid. I would hate for them to call and have it not be working or for them to think we aren't interested because of not answering. I'll wait until Monday has passed.

    You can always email it is sometimes faster. I emailed the other day and I got an answer back within two days. If that I think.
