    kickboxing sounds awesome! I kinda fell off the wagon last week. Some days I am just so exhausted. Looking forward to getting my thyroid levels tested again.

    With the summer and having kids at home, I have been doing lots of sports and bike riding with my kids. My kids favourites are playing basketball, ball hockey and soccer. How is everyone else's summer going?
