Yesterday, I missed the Y workout to get and garden as well as go for long walk in the sunshine and 20C!

Today, I was back and did 60 minute Circuit Training class (cardio and weight training all mixed up) which I really like. One of favourite classes.

Yesterday, I did 40 minutes on the spin bikes on my own. Today I did a 40 minute Group Ride class at lunch time.

I cannot wait to get on my mountain bike and hit the trails with DS1 and DS2.

I'm taking tomorrow off from the gym but will probably go for a walk.

    Have a good weekend.

Last night, I went out for a run, training for the Forest City 5K Road Race coming up Sunday.

Today, I was going to take a rest day but decided to do a short run this morning with some hills intervals for training. I feel great.

How is everyone doing with their exercise?

Well this morning I did a kettlebell class, then walked here and will walk home (bout 25-30 min either way) and then do kickboxing tonight. I'm hoping they eventually have 6am kettlebell classes on Fridays so I would just do them Wed/Fri which are the days (other than my lazy day Sunday) that I don't do kickboxing.

I love kickboxing, but figure, as long as I can swing it financially and time wise right now I'm going to change it up by adding kettlebell.

I didn't know we were supposed to update regularly. oops!

Well I'm at the gym 5x a week blah blah.
But today I went back in the evening, for a step class. It kicked my butt! I'm so creaky and sore. I figure that's a good sign I got a good workout!
I'm so going back every Monday night that i possibly can.

I'm going to be doing that, aquafit, and zumba each once a week. We've upped my gym plans like the cardio I'm doing more intense cardio now, and for longer spans; and my weights have been upped considerably, too
I lost a whopping (sarcasm) 3.4 lbs in the past 4weeks. Ugh.
But, I might as well keep going right!

I couldn't do this without my trainer. I'd have given up months ago.

That is the idea Ingalls, is to post when you exercise, you do not have to do every time or every day but check in at least once a week.

This morning I did a spin class solo (on my own) meaning that I know that it takes 7 tracks of music around 5-6 minutes long each and to do the intervals, rolling hills, speed and mountains plus warm-up and cool down tracks. So I did 40 minutes plus stretching afterwards. I've been going to instructor lead spin classes for 12 years.

Only 5 more days until the Forest City 5K Road Race for me!

I walked for an hour yesterday around the neighbourhood (not that big a deal) but I hope to, when DH is off for the summer, start biking after work. I didn't get to all last summer. I'm really looking forward to it.

I've been training for the 5K race on Sunday so I have been running lots outside.

Saturday, I am participating in a 60 minute Group Ride class for the YMCA Strong Kids Fundraiser at the London Centre Branch Y.

Tomorrow is my rest day before race day.

Well so far so good this week, I didn't make it to kettlebell Monday morning since I tweaked the rib I hurt before on Saturday, but I got into kickboxing (and the chiro), did kickboxing last night and kettlebell at 6 this morning!

Little bummed that I pulled my bike out to ride to work but the tires are flat so walking it is for me.
