Default what to feed 14 month old?

I was looking to see if anyone has a sample of what to feed a 14 month old. My DS still gets infant cereal for breakfast with fruit/yogurt and as a bedtime snack but is on solid foods (cut up into small size of fruit, cooked veggies and meat). He's getting bored of infant cereal (don't blame him) and I'm not sure what to offer anymore. I need some fresh ideas. I try to mostly for dinner and sometimes lunch let him eat what we are eating but obviously sometimes we eat foods that toddlers should avoid (like tacos, pizza etc LOL) Any ideas? He likes lots of foods I just needs some new ideas........

By 14 months my kids ate everything we ate, with the exception of spicy foods. Favourites were grilled cheese, spaghetti, soup, quesadillas, perogies, chicken cacciatore, vegetable stir fry, pizza, etc.

My 15 month old has eaten pizza and tacos in the last week haha

We give her everything that we eat and have for months. She loves all cereals, rice, any fruit or veggie, fish, noodles (some days), chicken caccatore, soup, stew, eggs and things that have a lot of flavour.

This was our kids too. As long as your child isn't choking then pretty much anything goes now. Just cut stuff into bite size pieces. Try oatmeal instead of rice cereal which is just empty calories. Or scrambled eggs, Cheerios, toast etc...

You want to just make sure you are rotating foods, adding variety in taste and texture, and keeping things balanced nutritionally. Watch for cues of poor digestion and adjust as necessary.

Why would a toddler need to avoid tacos and pizza? At 14 months, DD was eating whatever we were.

I should amend my orig. statement - our almost 14 month old has had pizza - today! lol
Tacos not just yet - i thought they may be spicy but maybe not when he's had milder chili. thank you for all the ideas!
