I made something similar to these but can't find the exact recipe. If you google “quinoa bites“ a lot of tasty looking recipes come up. The ones I made were tasty!

    It is a complete protein.

I made Quinoa burgers from Pinterest and my kids and husband LOVED them! They were all begging for more.

I can't tolerate it. I like the taste, but within 20 minutes of eating it, I'm in agony. Goes in the same category as brown rice whole grain breads/pasta for me.

I made it for the first time last week and cooked it in chicken broth with garlic, onion, parsley and thyme and it was really good, the kids liked it too!

Cheesy Quinoa Cake recipe Let me know how you like them. I am pretty sure I just used marble cheese because I wasn't sure what kind of cheese the recipe called for. Enjoy!

I've heard something vague about the fact that it used to be a staple for a tribe and then they started selling some and then people realized how nutritionally beneficial it was and now there's not enough for people there to eat it kind of thing so they are living on really unhealthy food to make money from crop sales. Something like that. . .

That said, they are working on growing quinoa in British Columbia so I'm not sure it will be a problem for too long. Apparently the climate is right for it.

I thought I was the only one that found it kinda.. gross.
I like a variety of food, grains, barley, rice, wild, red, black you name it.. then tried quinoa and was like ... yuck!
I keep trying because I have a huge bag of it, but I can't see ever loving it.

I like salads with halved grape tomatoes, chunks of cucumber, some greek feta dressing, some lemon juice, and throw in some parsley and chives or green onions. Yummy.
