I thought I'd report back and say I didn't really like the avocado yogurt dip. It was a bit meh, and I really wished I'd just made avocado salsa with a blob of yogurt on the side. (I served it with chilli burritos.)

But I'm going to make these next week for a bit of a fun breakfast:
