    Default Our Advent Calendar :)

I am so not crafty but since DD is not the hugest fan of chocolate, we stole an idea from Pinterest and decided to make an activity advent calendar this year.

Here is what we are doing:
1- Decorate the inside of the house
2- Set up the christmas village
    3- small gift (petshop toy)
4- make paper chains for the tree
5- write and decorate our letter to santa
6- bake christmas cookies (really store bought ones that we decorate LMAO)
    7- Christmas movie night
8- Make snowflakes to decorate DDs room
    9- Make Christmas lanterns
10 - small gift (pet shop toy)
11- make s'mores in the fire outside
    12- candy cane hunt
    13- paint christmas ornaments
    14 - Christmas movie night
    15- Sleepover with friends
    16- glitter christmas picture
17- small gift (pet shop toy)
18 - go downtown to see the lights
19- Reindeer hide n seek around the house
20- small gift (pet shop toy)
    21- LM Lights Tour
22- bake christmas cakepops or cupcakes
    23- paint christmas platter
24- read the night before christmas and get christmas eve gifts

*~* The point isn't whether they lived happily ever after, the point is that they lived*~

That's what we're doing too!! It's on my list of things to do today. I need to wrap my 24 Christmas books and write out all the activities for the calendar.

DD and I wrapped all of her Christmas books and put them under the tree for the first time. She loves the idea!

This is an awesome idea. I'm going to remember it and use the idea in a couple years.

Christmas with a 2 month old isn't much different than with no kids So I have found at least.

What a fantastic idea! Love it....... maybe I'd be a little more “into“ Christmas if we did the same.

Enjoy this *quiet* Christmas together with your little one.... I remember our first Christmas with a baby and I loved it. Wish I had treasured it a bit more than I did at the time now that it's crazy busy and often I'm too tired to fully enjoy it.....
