    Default Pinterest Win!

I will preface this by saying I am not crafty AT ALL. My DH and I nearly piddled ourselves reading the 17 Pinterest Fails post, knowing full well that my attempts would not be much better.

Anyways, I've seen these blankets done before and I was intrigued. Today, Fabricland had fleece on sale so I though "what the heck, I have time when the baby is napping. I think I'll give one a go." Alas, this was the outcome:

Not too shabby for a un-crafty lady

    Super Easy:

You need 2 pieces of fleece the same size (2 meters is good for a twin bed).

-Lay the 2 pieces of fleece on top of each other.
-Pick a corner to start at, measure in 4“ and cut a 4“ slit through both pieces of fleece.
-cut strips 1“ thick, 4“ into the fabric. Leave the last 4“ of the side uncut.
-Start the next side, leaving that 4“ at the corner, the corner square should fall out.
-I tied each side as I cut, but I suppose you can cut all at once, then tie all at once.
-I tied using a simple square knot (left over right, tuck it under, right over left, tuck it under - think back to the brownies neckerchief knot), but you can also use an overhand knot - this would take longer though.

I'm fairly terrible at making directions, so if you Google “fleece knot blanket“ there are probably many other, more quality directions with step-by-step pictures.
