You can buy wings like that at the dollar store (not qute the quality, but for $1.25, buy 2 pairs!!) and tutu can be made quite easily as well. My friend made my daughter one (she doesn't do it as a business though). You may even be able to find a tutu at the dollar store!

Tutus are dead easy to make! Youtube has tutorials; they're just a series of knots. Lens Mills sells the tulle WAY cheaper than Fabricland, and the whole thing should cost you about $6. Buy the wings at the dollar store, decorate them with fabric paint & you're done.

If I wasn't so busy right now, I would. I have a girlfriend who makes them, I'll see if she wants to do it for you & how much she'd charge.

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I found a REALLY cute tutu at winners that came with the matching headband, bought a set of wings at the dollar store and i am going to start blinging them all up!
