What are fun idea's for ground beef?

Looking for some fun idea's for ground beef, besides Lasanga, meatballs, slopy Joes and meatloaf or hamburgers. What else can I do with it to keep it interesting for the kids and not spicy.

I make something I call volcano's:

I basically make a hamburger, fry it up in the pan put corn on top, then take mashpotatoes on top of that. Then I make a whole in the middle of the potatoes and pour gravy into the whole and let a little drip out over the sides.

You can also pop it into the oven for about 20 mins (to make the mashed potatoes and little firmer, then pour the gravy on it.

DD loves them. Basically they are shepperds pie, but in a different way. She thinks they are cool

I don't have a ground beef recipe to share, but here is my “candy sauce“ for meatloaf.
1 c ketchup
A squirt of mustard
1/4 c apple butter (I don't measure, add to taste)

We often when we have ground beef- Ill mix it with refried beans and fill egg wraps with it and fry them.

Shepards pie - ground beef on bottom of pan, mashed potatoes on top, or can add lots of things to ground beef or potatoes.
I found a mousaka shepards pie recipe (although called for lamb) and just baked and cut eggplant and added it to the ground beef.
I've also added cauliflower to the mashed potatoes, and they can't taste it.
Or can just had carrots or peas or corn to ground beef.
You can add different seasonings to the ground beef (taco packet, herbs, or just black pepper).
Can top with cheese, or can add pasta and cheese to ground beef for more of a casserole.
