Question So sad, test early question

I am sad because my test came back neg this morning. I tested 4 days before my period is due. Could it still be wrong? I am told that Clearblue tests are pretty sensitive.... anyone have it neg, to find out positive? I am soo sad.

It could be wrong! Wait a couple more days. Good luck.

I had a negative test and a positive one later on. It was even negative when I was late--it took a week for it to show positive.

I had 5 negatives, I had to wait 3 or 4 days after my period was due before I got a positive with this one.

With my other 2 I got positives just looking at a test. I would try again after your period.

My body hated CB tests, except for the digital one that I took once a dollar store one showed a faint line. With DD2 I tried testing before AF was due and I still didn't get a positive until I was 1 day late. Try not to get too upset yet, you still have a week before it might actually show a positive!

You can totally still be pregnant. With my son I tested negative for the first three months or so - already had had my dating u/s and everything! (But I had tests at home I figured why not use up!)

Clear blue tests really aren't that sensitive. ESP not the digitals.
I'd stick with dollar store tests for early testing. They're much more sensitive the clear blue and much less expensive.

If you don't get a bfp this month I'd look at buying tests online. Cheaper and way more sensitive the. You can buy locally.

And yes, it's still early and you absolutely could be pregnant.
    Goodluck!

    Thank you so much ladies.
I am taking a big sigh of relief. At least I can now hope and not be sad. Who knows right?!!

I really do appreciate all you ladies have said.
Sending love back to you all.

I tested negative with a dollar store test the day after I was due with AF with DD2... Tested again 4 days later and it was positive.

I never received a positive until the day it was due. For me, those tests that claim 4 days before never picked up the positive.

I did not get a positive with my daughter. I had bloodwork done for something else and they added this and found out I was pregnant. So wait a week and test again.

    good luck

Yes, I guess I was down because when we planned our last DD, I tested positive 3 days early using First Response?

I don't have my period yet, so there is still hope!
