I do up about a months worth of muffins, banana bread and granola bars, cut up into portion sizes and freeze untill needed. I also send whatever fruit is in season, vegie sticks and of course cheese and crackers.

Nuts and Bolts without the Nuts works for us. DS is the most picky eater I have EVER seen. Cereal......I am preparing to be flogged- but I am putting the new CRAVE cereal in snack bags for the ball team this weekend.... I know, not the healthiest- but a change.
