Both boys bags survived TWO Years! That is amazing, especially since my kids are soooooo hard on their things.

We've never had a lunch pail make it a year, not because they we made badly but because the kids kept losing them
Enjoy everyday - they go by way too fast!

Yes! First time ever and she's in grade 5 so it was usually overstuffed with things falling out of it! Ordered it from Land's End (not cheap) and would do it again for sure! She is hard on her backpacks.

DS's bag is in rough shape but it has done the job. If you hold it up to the light you can see through the bottom. haha
DD's is still in great shape (she only went to school every other day)
    Lunch pails have lasted.

I got three of my Kids`bags at Bentley. ALL three have made it through not one, but TWO school years!! I have sewn a zipper back in but that`s about it
Totally worth the $30 a bag.

Ds2`s cheap(quality but not price) transformers and toy story bags are on their last days.

TCP set of DDs has lasted two years full time school.

The previos set has lasted 2 years of over night trips after its 2 years of full time school. It is still in shape to donate when we shuffle around with the new set she'll get this year.

We bought the matching lunch pail and backpack from the new store over by where toys r us USED to be on Wellington (sorry total brain freeze right now). I thougt they were a bit pricey but now that they year is done I can say WORTH EVERY PENNY. They lasted the whole year and have lot of life left in them. I a excited because although we replace every year it means i will have an extra for next year and one I can use when we need one. Nothing ever make it through in good enough shape to be used as an extra We may just be going pack there next year!!

This will be the second full year for DD's backpack and 2.5 for ds's. Both are the athletic works brands from Walmart and I picked them up mid/end of season for $5/$10 each. Kids still like them, too.
Lunch pails also a few years old, but dd used a different one for part of the school year before this one.

That's the lunch box brand we have, they're awesome. Just DON“T put it in the dryer! Lol. I should have taken a pic of it all melted together.

Oh wow, looked up Land's End. They have some nice ones. I don't want to buy another one with some Hollywood person or movie character on it! They annoy me.

Both my kids lunch pails and backpacks survived this year. I got them from gymboree fairly cheap at Birch Run.

DD had a set from TCP - the backpack is worn, but would still be ok to use (will buy a new one for next year, but great to keep as a backup). Lunch bag - I replaced in the year, because her milk kept leaking and I couldn't get the smell out (would have been fine otherwise) and now this one is getting gross too (not with milk as I stopped sending it lol) Not sure where I'm going wrong - can I put them in the washing machine if they have that plastic liner inside??

I think I'll get a fresh one for her 'camp' this summer and hope we can keep it in good condition!
