i know how to make chicken puree for baby. i basically just boil a few thigh pieces with skinless only and bone IN. i shave the chicken after its cook and discard the bone and just blend it and add water and freeze when cooled.
now i want to make turkey but i have never cooked turkey BEFORE....EVER....
so how do i proceed with cooking turkey and making it in a safe puree for my little one. do you oven cook it?? and what temperature, technique and recipe. ALSO what piece do you buy: turkey breast or thighs?? i hear the thighs are higher in iron as it is darker meat, as opposed to the breast. so i am planning to use the thighs, otherwise i don't mind using the breast. so what is your recipe and how do you do it if you don't mind sharing![]()
