    Default need help asap

ok i bought all of those t-shirts for our disney trip! im in the process of changing the date to Sept! So that means i dont have a lot of time to make them!

I have all of the pictures that i want. I draw them all up today. Now how am I going to get it on the shirt? Chalk doesnt always work!

So would that transfer paper that you trace over work? kwim?

where would i get some of that paper?

I really dont want to have to draw free hand on over 21 shirts

    thanks for your help

They have iron on paper (Staples I think has it) where you can print the image from the computer, you cut around the edges and it irons on, instructions are right on the paper box

Thank you. I forgot to say that I'm using fabric paint. I need it traced on the shirt before I paint.

Could you draw them in black, scan to the computer and print off iron ons...then use the fabric paint to colour them in?

If you want to paint it you can get transfer paper at the fabric store. Its simular to that stuff they put between checks. You trace and it leaves a line on the fabric. Fabric paint is so hard to make look professional. Do you sew? One thing that looks really cool is applique. I've done lots of images from colouring books. You have to reverse the image with a printer first. You get some fusible web and trace out each element of the design. You then fuse the web to a fabric in the right colour. Cut it out. Piece it all together like a puzzle. Press. Stitch around with a very close zig zag stitch in matching thread.
I googled and found an example of a simple Disney themed idea

Here's an example of one I did (the eyes and mouth are hand embroidered)

I only ever use polyester thread (Guttermans). I use the coffee filters underneath to stablize the fabric and then tear it away after.
This is a really good tutorial

    those are so cute

Yes i love painting on the shirts! i have made 3 of them so far for my boys birthdays.

But since i have to do 21 of them! i thought getting the picture on the shirt should be easier to do.

thanks ill look for the paper!
