I am trying to eat healthier in hopes to feel better about myself and have more energy. My friend told me about quinoa which I guess is considered a super food. Anyways, just wondering if anyone has some good recipes that they have tried and were a hit at their house.
Tonight I made the follwoing:
sliced chikcen breast, spinach, mushrooms, onions, orange peppers, salt and pepper to taste and soya sauce. Fried everything in a pan and then served it on top of quinoa, so darn yummy. For breakfast yesterday I had warm quinoa with almond milk, honey and fresh fruit, so good. Lastly I made quinoa meatballs that were also a hit at our house.
Looking forward to expanding my recipes using quinoa...
