    Default Waking up in the middle of the night every night

    When I was pregnant with the girls I woke up every night and I was hungry. Then when they were babies, I woke up every night to feed them.

    Back in February, we purchased a house and am finally moving in April. So for two months, I have also been waking up in the middle of the night.

    What the heck is going on? I have reasons with the girls to be up but I don't know if I am stressed with the move or what. Or, could I possible have gotten into the habit of waking up at 3 am each night that my body has gotten used to it? My days are so sluggish and I know that part of the reason why I have a hard time losing weight is my lack of sleep.

    Are there any natural remedies I can use? I am up to th epoint where I want to take sleeping pills!

    Just take some gravol . that should get you to stay asleep .
    SOunds like you have trained yourself to wake up at the same time. I do too. LOL

    I have taken Gravol for motion sickness but the taste is so terrible to me that I get nauseous first! LOL!

    I've been reading about resetting my sleep cycle and I think it really is something I trained my body to do. I am trying melatonin for two weeks to see if it will work and I limit my liquids at night so I don't have the urge to pee.

    My DH drinks camomielle tea and he says that helps him.
    I wish they had a tea that stops his snoring . that would help me stay asleep.
