When I was pregnant with the girls I woke up every night and I was hungry. Then when they were babies, I woke up every night to feed them.
Back in February, we purchased a house and am finally moving in April. So for two months, I have also been waking up in the middle of the night.
What the heck is going on? I have reasons with the girls to be up but I don't know if I am stressed with the move or what. Or, could I possible have gotten into the habit of waking up at 3 am each night that my body has gotten used to it? My days are so sluggish and I know that part of the reason why I have a hard time losing weight is my lack of sleep.
Are there any natural remedies I can use? I am up to th epoint where I want to take sleeping pills!
