Default Constipation..how long is too long?1

How long should I let DD go before I take her to the Dr? She definitely has a decreased appetite, and we are having trouble getting her to drink/eat the things that will get her going again.

3 days is usually the rule before you should be concerned. is she complaining of stomach cramps or anything?

my DS around the same age does something similar a at least a few days out of the month, day 3= prune juice, 'tummy tea' etc. he seems otherwise normal, no cramping or anything and my cure for it works luckily.

She is complaining of a “sore bum“ and her belly is all hard and bloated looking. It has been 2 days. I figure I'll try prune juice tomorrow and, if that doesn't work, take her in the next day.
