Default ISO: Cheap Helium Filled Balloons

I need a few helium baloons and I know the dollar store and more (i think it was called) in the plaza with No Frills at Commisioners and Wharncliffe used to sell them, but we drove past there today and they closed!
Do you know of anywhere else that sells them besides the party stores?
Looking to spend $1-$1.50ish each with ribbon

Dollar Tree (across from White Oaks in the Bulk Barn plaza) & Dollar Giant (Argyle Mall). I *think* they are $1.25 per mylar balloon.

Just had a thought... i remember getting some at my local grocery store (before moving to London). So not sure at what grocery stores here, but assume the ones with flower shops also have balloons. Also not sure what I paid. It was a loblaws type store so maybe try there!

We just buy the helium tank and fill our own. For $20 I can do both kids birthdays and still have some left.

I think that are called party time balloon kits and you can get them at walmart.
