Question End of pregnancy weight gain?

I'm not pregnant, but I'm just going through some old papers, and I came across my pregnancy milestones. I gained 34lbs with my first and 41lbs with my second. I definately felt bigger with DD, and more swollen...more complications in general.
Curious if others were similar or stayed the same with each pregnancy?

My last weight check before I had DD I was 168lbs. Both my babies were pretty big too. 8lbs13ozs and 9lbs1oz.

I started out both my pregnancies around my typical weight of 175-180lbs

    DD1 I gained 32 lbs - she was 7 lbs 7 oz
    DD2 I gained 23 lbs - she was 8 lbs 3 oz
    DD3 I gained 32 lbs - she was 7 lbs 1 oz

The 32 lbs was way more uncomfortable and losing the weight was definitely harder. It took months pp to lose any weight with DD's 1 & 3 where I had lost all of my pregnancy weight by 3 months pp.

I find it interesting that your middle child was the biggest, and you gained quite a bit less wt. I guess what the mom weighs doesn't always mean that the baby will be bigger/smaller.
My sister gained around 60lbs, and got big all over, and her baby was 6lbs 2oz. Everyone thought she was having a 9lber.

53 lbs - he weighed 9.9 lbs - I walked for 2 hours every day the 3rd trimester.
61 lbs -he weighed 10lbs exactly - my nose was so fat I couldn't breath at night, and my fingers were so fat I couldn't pick things up and had limited feeling - and I won't mention ankles!!! Was so uncomfortable I couldn't walk for 15 minutes during 3rd trimester.

I ended up weighing almost 200 with both - since I was about 10 lbs heavier than usual when I got pregnant with DS1, so the end weight was still the same.

I was very very swollen with both, and was borderline pre-eclampsia with DS2 and just turned to pre-eclampsia at 40 weeks (had all symptoms except protein till 40 weeks) which caused me to swell horribly.
Nice thing is the weight fell off really easy both times as soon as baby was born since it was all water/swelling

    DD1 - 15lb and she was 8lb 4oz
    DD2 - 25lb and she was 7lb 12oz

I'm overweight to start with so never looked really pregnant with either of them. With DD2 I did look pregnant near the end but more like 5 months than 9.

    DS1 I gained 42 lbs - he was 7 lbs 4 oz (at 38w3d).
    DS2 I gained 56 lbs - he was 8 lbs 0 oz (at 38w2d).
    DS3 I gained 52 lbs - he was 9 lbs 4 oz (at 39w5d).

Each time I looked enormous, but definitely think I looked bigger/more ridiculous each time.

It took me about a year to lose the weight each time, but I lost the bulk of it in the first 6 months. This first time I gained 42 and lost 46 lbs. The second time I gained 56 and lost 56 lbs. The third time I gained 52 lbs and lost 40 lbs. I was underweight for my height, so right now I am a pretty healthy weight.
