    Default postnatal fitness DVD suggestion?

    Hi everyone!
    I'm hoping someone has a suggestion on a good but not to crazy workout DVD...I am 3 months PP and I have to start now! I am pretty much a novice exerciser so I don't want anything too crazy. I'm interested in yoga, but also need toning like crazy! Thanks!

    try you tube before you buy anything. people post samples of their exercise programs. I like dr cathy's free videos myself.

    I love all of Jillian Michaels' DVD's. There are three different levels and various modifications for beginners. All you need is a mat and some light weights (3-5lbs). 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 are awesome and only require about 30 minutes, including warm-up and cool down.

    Its great do light exercise but dont forget to do yoga and you can tone your body with yoga too.
